Money and fear are often jokingly refereed to as the biggest motivators, but most of us realize that we are complex beings with sometimes similar and often distinct internal motivators. This module helps you understand the intricacies of human behavior and begin to reveal what motivates each us. As you seek to better understand your team members, you’ll discover vital, personal ways in which to align their passions and their responsibilities, and when we seek to motivate our people on this internal level, autonomy, initiative and ownership jump.
